So easy to send a gift to my friends abroad

Quick and efficient

The play mat/gym is absolutely amazing! The play gym from LovEvery is an amazing baby development and entertainment piece of equipment that was clearly designed and engineered with care and thorough thought. Every single corner of it has purpose that focuses on maximising engagement and growth. The gym comes with a manual that provides very informative explanations about various stages of your baby's development as well as guides you through the various ways that you can interact with your baby through the play gym as well as how the baby can interact with it.

I love the quality of the toys, the communication about how to use them. I love that the toys are so well planned, you can continue to use them for a long time after you have purchased them and you’re given lots of ideas for how to use them in different ways. I love that everything has an educational purpose behind it and the parents are also considered e.g. mess free art supplies. I see such amazing concentration from my child when she plays with the toys and I don’t feel the need to purchase many other toys which keeps costs down. Of course, I wish it were cheaper. I also wish there was an option to pay monthly. I know you can do PayPal but this would make it feel more like a monthly subscription and would be easier than using PayPal. You’d pay the same amount every month. I love the addition of the extra books because we LOVE all the books. My daughter is obsessed with the dentist and doctor one at the moment and I’m so happy that we’re having lots of conversations about what she should expect when the time comes. My only comment would be that the ones sold in the UK be considered because they vary to our experience here e.g. we call a ‘shot’ an ‘injection’ or ‘jab’. And we don’t usually get toys when we’ve finished at the dentist or doctor because they’re not usually private clinics. Something to think about perhaps.

The toys are of good quality although lately we have received products which were slightly damaged meaning that quality control deteriorates. The customer service has definitely deteriorated. Responses take much longer, are vague and are reluctant to provide refunds/replacements for faulty products. On top of that the marketing of ‘right toys at the right time’ is wrong. Every child is different and being more flexible with the sale of the toys would have worked better from a child development point of view. We have received a number of toys which arrived too late or too early for us.

I have purchased the play sets, the play gym and the play shelf from love every and I cannot fault them one bit. The quality is unlike anything I’ve ever seen in baby/children’s toys. These toys are built to last and I love that I know they are just right for my baby. I’m always so excited to receive the next play kit! I can’t imagine how excited my daughter will be when she’s a little older! Thank you for always providing us with the most perfect play things!!

Love the quality of toys, love the thought process behind everything and the little books that come with the boxes. We look forward to our boxes so much! It would be good if you offered an option to pay monthly, to spread out the cost. And if you offered the books to be bought separately. I love that you’re not adding some more books to the boxes but it would be good to have the whole library to be able to choose which ones to buy.

I really love your products but found it hard to manage my account I am not all that IT savvy but I must say you tried to help me a lot ~ I did not realise that I couldn't order kits unless I subscribed and I will try and register again as I do want to continue with you but feel it would be so beneficial to people like me to just be able to phone or online order randomly I think more people would use it and not be afraid to commit !!

Excellent quality and aesthetically attractive. Only wish is that the playthings had listed on the bottom which stage they were for. That would make packing up and reusing for a second child easier. I've had to write with marker which months each item are designed for so we introduce them to our new baby in the right order

Great product and excellent customer service. Great quality items in all the play kits. Customer service has helped me replace a broken part, get an extra book, and answer questions several times. Super responsive. I also love that we could skip a kit as we had similar items already.

Everything about the purchase delivery and product were of a superb standard. Quick easy and efficient. The toy is now being played with, with great relish and because of its quality will remain much used and loved for years to come.

This is our 3rd year of playkits, and both of our babies have loved the play gym! These are such good quality, long lasting, thoughtful playthings that I will be re-used and loved by all our children for years to come ❤️

During our holidays we lost one of toys of a play kit, I contacted customer services and they very swiftly arranged a new toy to be sent to our house. They were friendly, quick and effective.
