Ordered base on their advertised "delivery within 48hrs". It took double that plus some to arrive which meant it arrived too late for what it was needed for and had to make other arrangements. COMPANY IS NOT IN THE UK!! Their UK site makes it appear they are based in the uk, even giving an address in London but no, they are in the Netherlands meaning any potential returns are eyewateringly expensive. Responses to emails take far too long in my opinion and cannot talk to anyone as again, not based in the uk. No idea what the actual product is like as didn't arrive in time to use it. I'm sure they are okay on the continent but I'd avoid if you are buying from the uk
