I was satisfied with the purchase of my kit...
I was satisfied with the purchase of my dab jet 300 turbine kit. I was uncertain about compatibility as my pump is a TALLAS brand model 300 that I bought about 30 years ago. No one was able or willing to inform me about the dimensions of this turbine. So, I bought this kit on a whim, which seemed the same as mine based on the photo and the pump photo. After assembly and testing, it is indeed compatible.

This is the second pump I've purchased from you, the first was a booster pump, it is connected to my plastic tank cage. I water my garden without any issues. I installed a 'pschitt' at the end of the hose for washing the car, among other things 👍, the second is a pump for drawing water from the well, the water level is low but no problem, I filled my 7500 l pool!
Since this is the second pump I’ve purchased, can I expect a small discount from you for the third pump 🤔-----> 😅
Sincerely, Daniel PEROU.

Very good but...
Due to the shipment through a very unreliable carrier, I did not receive the pump as I wanted within the expected time frame. So, I could not receive it personally, install and test it. Nevertheless, for now, I express my satisfaction with you regarding the seriousness in meeting the shipping deadlines (within 2 business days). I hope now to be equally satisfied with the equipment I will retrieve at the end of the week.

Very responsive, the seller answered all my questions to help me choose the equipment. I haven't installed it yet, but it seems very high quality. Shipping was fast.
However, the delivery person messed up... More than a week to retrieve the second package that wandered off, I don't know where, and arrived in poor condition... Fortunately, nothing is missing or damaged... I leave a good review because pompeaeau is not responsible.

Top Advice
Top advice, the service center is immediately available for the customer and considers solutions to the customer's problem or lack of knowledge, as in my case... thank you very much for your consideration!
Absolutely excellent!
Our garden and surrounding wildlife were very pleased with the pumped groundwater during the heat or drought period in June and July.

Forestry Operation Seedling Irrigation
I have a forestry operation with several thousand seedlings that currently need a lot of watering through a PE25 piping system of about 25m and a 1/2" hose of about 25m. I was not satisfied with the Kärcher BP4 as it frequently malfunctioned. Therefore, I sought advice and was recommended the DAB JetInox 132 M + DAB Control-D. I used it today for 5 hours and it works perfectly. It turns on/off without problems and builds a decent water pressure for watering. The communication was quick and helpful. The product delivery was very fast. Price/performance is also very good. Therefore, I can unreservedly recommend the waterpumpe.de team and their products.

Very satisfied with my purchase.
A very explicit website. Availability by phone for advice before purchase.
Product that matches and as stated easy to install.
After a week of use, the pump works perfectly without water hammer because I chose not to install a buffer tank.
The courtesy of the advisors is noteworthy.

This was the pump model I was looking for, I would like to ask you something. I am looking for a 1-inch female to 1/4 female reducer with a groove for an o-ring. Can you inform me if I can find it with you? Another question ❓️ I am also looking for a 1-inch female-female sleeve with a stop. Thank you very much, have a nice day, sincerely, Frédéric

Incredibly Fast Delivery
Incredibly fast delivery. Ordered on Sunday evening and by Monday morning the courier was at the door. Even though I live in the south of Belgium. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturing defect in the pump. No problem, a phone call and then a confirmation email, and they sent another pump right away. The wrong pump could be returned for free.
So far, the perfect service.
The pump itself looks very sturdy to me. I just find the supplied suction hose to be of lower quality. I find the mesh of the plastic suction basket too large. With a bit of DIY, I attached the brass suction basket from my old hose. Also, the length of the hose (1m) could have been slightly longer, in my opinion. Especially if you have a larger water cistern of 10,000l or more.
Otherwise, it is almost plug and play. Quick installation and the pump provides ample pressure.
Very satisfied and definitely recommended!

I ordered a pump that responded but ...
I ordered a pump that met my needs. Unfortunately, the pump had a defect. This can happen. Pompeaeau supported me with my issue and offered to replace my pump under warranty with a new one. I chose to switch to another pump model. Pompeaeau was very accommodating and acted sensibly. The teams were polite, available, and attentive to my problem. I found them very serious and customer-oriented. I keep them in my list of reliable contacts. Furthermore, the processing time of my case was on the same day: it is still possible today! Pompeaeau changed nothing and maintained this professional level.

Very fine and easy to install water pump
With the selection tool, it was easy to find the appropriate pump on the site. The pump was neatly delivered within 24 hours. Since this pump was purchased to replace a similar one, installation was a breeze. The startup of the pump went superbly. Fill the pump housing with tap water, plug it in, and as soon as the pump ran smoothly, which was no problem, switch the system to the rainwater line. All together less than 2 hours of work.

I quickly needed a 1-inch T-piece that had to be completely 1 inch; most T-pieces have a smaller diameter with a 1-inch connection. I found this only at the water pump shop. With a few suitable Geka couplings that you easily screw on yourself, my T-piece is perfect. Delivered the next day, absolutely great!
You can hardly find it anywhere, so I’m very happy.

DAB Aquajet 132/20 M
Delivery fast and comprehensive, connection to existing lines seamless, suction power compared to the ~15-year-old predecessor excellent. Noticeably more pleasant noise environment compared to the old VA variant. The finish gives a good, tidy impression.
On durability, one can say little with a new purchase, as well as on performance in continuous operation - currently, the groundwater situation (July 2026, Rhineland at 37.80 meters above sea level) is rather unsatisfactory. Suction height of the 8.00 m well currently at about 5.90 m (normally between 2.20 and 4.00 m) and insufficient inflow. That means the pump can deliver less than it provides at the tap.
Overall, I am very satisfied, the rest, like rising and constant groundwater levels, I cannot influence. On durability and reliability, I'll gladly write more in 10 - 15 years upon request ;-)

An extra check valve on the groundwater pump!
A check valve also on the groundwater pump itself, extra compared to the foot valve, prevents the pump from emptying. The rubber ring in the existing 1" check valve was missing and caused an internal leak.
Ordered and installed a new check valve. Problem solved. Hopefully, the rubber ring on the brass valve will stay firmly attached this time!
Easy to order. It arrived with some delay and changing PostNL information later. Additional shipping costs on top of PostNL costs...

The customer comes first
After almost 6 years, our pump stopped working.... I thought it might be broken. So I wanted to order a new one. The advice (provided with clear instructions): first check and clean the sensors of the built-in float. And voilà, the pump works again.

The telephone customer service is great (very very rare on the internet), but the ordering process has some issues that could easily be improved:
1- tracking deliveries is complicated and the delivery times are quite long.
2- dimensions are not provided (diameters and location of water inlets/outlets of the pumps).
3- The installation documentation is unusable because it is illegible (64 micro pages spread over 4 pages 21x27).

Reliable and correct
The pump I ordered was delivered immediately within two days. Unfortunately, it did not fit the necessary tasks. This became evident only when trying it out. The return of the pump was smooth and thanks to the shipping label also free of charge. Confirmation and refund went smoothly. Nothing but praise, although it is advisable to consult the customer service beforehand.

Remarks on delivery
Hello, pump well received. However, two remarks:
- I did not sign anything upon receipt. I asked the delivery person who replied, 'that's not necessary'.
- The box inside the package had a round hole with a diameter of 3 cm... as if someone wanted to check its contents….
If you have explanations, they will be appreciated.
Best regards,
Sophie Makaraviez

Very good experience with this supplier; good responsiveness in terms of contact and timelines both for the initial delivery and when exchanging the first delivered equipment (imprecision in my model choice); excellent customer service; nothing to reproach.\nNow remains to install the device.

I cannot fault the advice I was given which, incidentally recommended the most modestly priced pump: nor can I fault the delivery time. The pump itself is excellent and is just what I needed. My only criticism is that being of German design it has two round pin plug . Finding a suitable 13th amp converter was slightly more tricky than I thought. I suggest a plug is included.
