Good quality and style ONCE FILLED
Four grandchildren love these very comfy, strong gaming chair style bean bags.
On receipt well packed BUT had no idea the filling was not in the bags - disappointed on opening as had to set about filling on Christmas morning.
This is not an easy task but by fourth bag I had it mastered - warning to others purchasing as instructions make it look simple HA HA HA!!!!!
That all said the bags are top notch (once filled) but maybe a wee job for the makers prior to dispatch so that the customer can receive the finished article (for the money paid) - we will laugh about this Christmas for many years to come.

Really beautiful thick cord cover - very good quality.
I don’t remember having seen that I would have to fill the covers with polystyrene beads myself - so assumed that they would come ready filled. Having said that, the cord fabric is beautiful and high quality and filling instructions are given by scanning the QR code. This was a present for my 12 year old grandson and my daughter-in-law was hoping that she would be able to wash the cover periodically, this is clearly not possible as the beads would have to be removed -I think she was expecting that beads would be contained in an inner bag - and I think the cover is too bulky for a domestic washing machine.

That you have to battle putting the stuffing in is absolutely ridiculous. Total nightmare, it was all over the place. As I don't know what im doing i overfilled it and then had to try and take some out, again, all over the place. It isn't made clear before you buy that it doesn't come prefilled. Wish I read the reviews before I bought, as I wouldn't have done. It cant be washed which is totally impractical for a kids beanbag. It looks nice enough but to expect a customer to fill it themselves is unacceptable. The company come up with a load of lame excuses as to why customers are expected to fill themselves, all seemed rather ridiculous. Seems like its easier for them to just leave it to the customer to do. Wish I hadn't bothered but it was ideal for what I wanted other than aforementioned.

Beware - You Need To Fill The Beanbag Yourself!
This was entirely our oversight - we hadn’t realised the bean bags arrived unfilled, so they need to be filled manually. This can be quite time-consuming and a bit unpleasant, as the polystyrene bead dust isn’t very nice to handle or breath in. This is only reason I've given 3 stars.
However, the bean bag itself is excellent once filled. It has a soft, high-quality fabric and a safety zip, which is a great feature. Had they been prefilled, 5 stars!

Its really important that Big Bertha embrace a good business ethic for they're own reputation and customer confidence. I had my doubts initially but i think they've come through with the right outcome so far. Not completely there yet, it depends how long it takes them to process the item i returned. And the idea my Return is in a queue doesn't give me lots of confidence in how fast they process it.

Let me start by saying that the bean bags are really comfy once filled and I love them. It did take me a while to fill them as I had to do it by myself, an interesting task that I wasn’t expecting at the price point of them. Not the cheapest by far but over all they are really good

Gorgeous print on the chair but beans everywhere
Gorgeous print on the chair. Comfy and soft chair. Biggest downside was putting the beans in the chair. My box arrived so wet it was disintegrating, I couldn't use the box to fill the chair like instructed so beans were everywhere. It could have done with twice as many beans as were provided too. Could do with more beans..I know you can buy more but I spent enough. My daughter hardly uses it but it looks good. Bought in sale , so got a good price. Way to expensive otherwise.

Loading the beads in was a total pain!! You need to make a contraption how to load them in easily. We have these plastic beads all over the garden and we had three people on the job. It got us all so cross!! But the beanbag is lovely once that’s done :)

Good communication with the company. Although I did not keep the chair due to the person I ordered it for changing their mind, the company were very good about it and assisted me in how to send it back and claim my refund. Despite the communications happening in the lead up to Christmas and then between Christmas and new year, the company were very helpful and responded to my questions when they were in office. Great product, fab quality. Shame about putting the beans in the bag - first one was a disaster - they went everywhere. Second one I used a cardboard tube to funnel the beans from the bag into the beanbag which was much more effective than the suggested method

The design and quality of the small lounge pug is excellent, but I did not realise the inner ‘beans’ came separately. It was like a comedy show trying to get them in the pug. I have to say I felt like giving up several times with the ‘beans’ going everywhere, but I persevered and have a semi filled pug which works well
