I've used these guys for multiple purchases now and each time they have been cheaper than the alternatives and been really efficient posting the kit out.
If you chat to them using the online chat option they'll offer you a discount (unless there is a sale on already) so it's always worth asking.
They've got a wide range of kit catering for lots of budgets and all good brands you can trust.
I've ordered Boots, a Jacket, Trainers and Gloves and each time, they have arrived in less than 3 days, securely packaged and as described.
I've never had to experience their returns or customer service as ive not had to send anything back or had any faulty goods... so can't comment on that. But I guess that is also a good thing as I've been sent exactly what I ordered.
If you're new to bike kit, I advise going to a shop and trying multiple brands on. I find bike kit is sized down. So I'm a Large in regular clothing but with bike kit I'm 2XL for a jacket in some brands and an XL in others. Once you know your sizes, come and order here!!!! You'll save a packet!
Ordered a visor and Pinlock online and they sent me two visors. They then wanted to charge me £6 to return one of the visors. Three phone calls later they agreed it was there mistake and collected the visor and delivered my Pinlock. This is the second time I have used them and I had a problem last time as well.

My go to for kit!

Beautiful boots, as always with Sidi, go up a full size- so comfortable and the ratchet system ensures a great cozy fit exactly where you want it which is great when you have zips that usually dig in with boots. Was a little reluctant to order as not one of the big name stores but PayPal gave me confidence and I’m so glad I did as the price on these blew others out the water. Customer service spot on, delivered quickly by DPD, and nearly £200 stayed in my pocket compared to where I was going to buy from. Also purchased RST undersuit and dainese socks again, much cheaper than elsewhere. Genuine kit and I will be shopping here more in future.

Ordered an Alpinestars S-MX air jacket. Arrived when expected, but there was a problem with the jacket. Phoned Gearchange who promptly sent out replacement jacket (arrived next day and collected return jacket at the same time).The woman I spoke to at Gearchange was very helpful, polite and friendly. Problems can happen when purchasing online, but it is how they are dealt with when they do and in this regard Gearchange were excellent.
Fantastic service and I am sure I will be back when I need some more biking gear

Fantastic service & very very fast delivery. I spoke online with john I think the guy was called after trying to figure what size jacket to order & found very helpful & straight to the point. Needless to say he was correct, this is the second time using gearchange online & I will be buying from again without a doubt. Just wish I lived closer to call in. But that could be like a kid in a sweet shop 😂

I purchased online prompt delivery packaged well.
I actually then went into main store for another purchase as was unsure of fitting for boots, they were very helpful, guy there new everything about all the products i was interested in sizes etc, made the buying experience easy, in the future only place Im buying from based on customer services, product range and prices . Top class service, always goes the extra mile to assist, always happy to talk on the phone and give advice if needed, returns are no problem at all if you order the wrong size etc. very fast delivery. Always does better deals than any other motorcycle clothing shop or site.
Shopped at Infinity motorcycles for years but never again after discovering this amazing company.

Excellent super quick service - highly recommended!
I ordered my full face motorcycle helmet (AGV K1) last Thursday from Gear Change in the late afternoon, and it arrived lunchtime the next day. Super quick service and delivery. Great customer care, in contrast to the slowness in response and delivery of some other moto online vendors I have ordered from.
I would highly recommend Gear Change - excellent service!

The young lady who answered my call could not have been more helpful very nice very courteous and dealt with my enquiry with ease had my helmet in 2 days absolutely delighted brilliant item as expected from Arai ( i already have 3 ) lovely design and fit Very happy Can’t thank Gearchange enough & Will definitely use again Many thanks
