I've never had to experience their returns or customer service as ive not had to send anything back or had any faulty goods... so can't comment on that. But I guess that is also a good thing as I've been sent exactly what I ordered.
If you're new to bike kit, I advise going to a shop and trying multiple brands on. I find bike kit is sized down. So I'm a Large in regular clothing but with bike kit I'm 2XL for a jacket in some brands and an XL in others. Once you know your sizes, come and order here!!!! You'll save a packet!
