Due to a technical issue the boots I ordered were not available. The morning I ordered them Kim called to advise me of the situation. Because I had been mucked around with other not as reputable companies. I just asked for refund which they did straight away. Rather than leavening it at that Louise then called me offering . To an alternative which where the boots I wanted in first place . And a very generous discount incredibly GENEROUS discount. They then dispatched that day I had the boots within 24 hrs . Thank you kindly to Kim / Louise / David and the full team . Restoring my faith that we can still have that personal experience. Not sitting on a chat line . Have used gear change for all my helmets and visors, always have sizes and all options in ranges and never beaten on price. Always at MCN and have faultless customer service, unlikely I would go elsewhere!!!

Easy to discuss requirements with the online sales person using their chat system. Was offered a really good price that was very competitive in fact too good to pass up. Got exactly what I wanted & with their help & knowledge of the helmets they sell ordered the exact size I needed. Fit was perfect! Negatives only thing, compared to other online companies I've dealt with was delivery time was slow. Not overly so but I did have to wait a few days longer than others. If that would be an issue they do have a shop you can go to.

Ordered early morning & received the next day. Brilliant service & it was free post. Ordered the same visor some months ago but was contacted to say it was a stock error & were out of stock. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff were so friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. The Helmet I bought online was in shop for me to collect next day. The Jacket I wanted was not on the rack. However they never stopped to find the one I wanted. After about 30 mins or so there it was what I wanted.They had found the jacket. What better service could you ask for. Kim, john and the rest of the staff really make you feel welcome. So I came away with everything I wanted. (See picture) at a really really good price. The choice of items on sale is outstanding. Very bright and clean place and staff full of knowledge. Do yourselve a favour, if you have never been before then it's a must. Even if you don't buy something you will come away with a warm feeling and a lot better after you meet the team.
