I've used these guys for multiple purchases now and each time they have been cheaper than the alternatives and been really efficient posting the kit out.
If you chat to them using the online chat option they'll offer you a discount (unless there is a sale on already) so it's always worth asking.
They've got a wide range of kit catering for lots of budgets and all good brands you can trust.
I've ordered Boots, a Jacket, Trainers and Gloves and each time, they have arrived in less than 3 days, securely packaged and as described.
I've never had to experience their returns or customer service as ive not had to send anything back or had any faulty goods... so can't comment on that. But I guess that is also a good thing as I've been sent exactly what I ordered.
If you're new to bike kit, I advise going to a shop and trying multiple brands on. I find bike kit is sized down. So I'm a Large in regular clothing but with bike kit I'm 2XL for a jacket in some brands and an XL in others. Once you know your sizes, come and order here!!!! You'll save a packet!
Ordered a visor and Pinlock online and they sent me two visors. They then wanted to charge me £6 to return one of the visors. Three phone calls later they agreed it was there mistake and collected the visor and delivered my Pinlock. This is the second time I have used them and I had a problem last time as well.

No quibble exchange policy, just ask them if you are unsure!
Being unsure on the size of a pair of boots I was interested in, I discovered that Gear Change offer a service that aims to exchange the size, should they advise a size that doesn't feel quite right. I used their chat function on the website and was given guidance on the size that I may need. They came back to me on the chat very quickly too.
I went on to order the boots which arrived promptly. Unfortunately they were slightly on the larger side when I got round to trying them on, so I called Gear Change who exchanged the boots, no questions asked. They arrived the next day with other boots being collected by the courier. I've just tried them on; They are perfect!
The experience has been first class and I will go on to recommend them to other bikers. Thanks Gear Change, you are doing things right from what I can tell. Sometimes getting gear that fits well can be a pain and you provide that opportunity to get it right without even leaving the house, as was the case for me.
The boots were on offer too and Gear Change are competitively priced. Happy days.

Good service all round. They don't answer emails though (something they need to work on or maybe there is an issue) but if you call them they have great customer service. I bought a pair on eBay but then had to exchange them which was hassle free. Next time I would go to thier own website. Prompt delivery and god customer service overall.

Purchased a richa scrambler jacket from them, I paid a fair price, but I also enquired about the return policy, which I thought was very good.
I spoke to a lady called Louise, who was very polite and informative, I much prefer to Speak to someone than just do it solely on line.
