The payment was easy and I paid extra for a 24hour tracked delivery.The item was quickly despatched but the courier failed to honour the delivery schedule. I contacted FloatYourBoat to tell them and, although the late delivery wasn't their fault they kindly agreed to refund the extra delivery cost & I received it within 2 days.
