I bought a set of the pearl Brunner melamine plates/dinner set which I’m very pleased with, well worth spending the extra money! Unfortunately a couple of the plates got damaged during transport which was hard to spot till the package was opened. I contacted them and got a couple of replacements straight away. The payment was easy and I paid extra for a 24hour tracked delivery.The item was quickly despatched but the courier failed to honour the delivery schedule. I contacted FloatYourBoat to tell them and, although the late delivery wasn't their fault they kindly agreed to refund the extra delivery cost & I received it within 2 days. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
