Fantastic customer service and great pricing of quality products.
I bought a boarding ladder that didn’t fit the style of boat. Returned with no hassle and an immediate refund - excellent customer service to assist me with this.
Subsequently bought a stainless steel boarding ladder which is now fitted perfectly.
Great price ( by far), good quality product from a reliable and efficient company that can be trusted. Refund process is often a test of reliability, which Floatmyboat passed with flying colours!

This was another great experience when ordering equipment for my motorhome from Float the Boat. The prices were very reasonable, the items were in stock exactly as advertised, and everything arrived exactly as described.
The order was dispatched quickly and was exceptionally well packaged. Based on this experience, I would certainly consider using them again in the future.

I recently made a modest purchase from Float Your Boat. The range of options was good, the price reasonable and the dispatch prompt. All arrived quickly and well wrapped - overall very happy. Highly recommended

I bought a set of the pearl Brunner melamine plates/dinner set which I’m very pleased with, well worth spending the extra money! Unfortunately a couple of the plates got damaged during transport which was hard to spot till the package was opened. I contacted them and got a couple of replacements straight away. Product great, communication great, customer care great!

Excellent customer service
The website was easy to use enabling me to quickly find the part I needed. The payment was easy and I paid extra for a 24hour tracked delivery. The item was quickly despatched but the courier failed to honour the delivery schedule. I contacted FloatYourBoat to tell them and, although the late delivery wasn't their fault they kindly agreed to refund the extra delivery cost & I received it within 2 days. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

When I phoned up I wasn’t sure what I needed.
The gentleman on the other end talked me through it all and knew what I needed.
It arrived a couple of days later and is now fitted,
I now know how much water I have left in the tank.
All in all a very good experience, and would highly recommend them.

Melamine mugs, stylish, light and strong
These melamine mugs are superb. Stylish, lightweight and strong. Just the right size for cup of tea or coffee. Just used first time out on boat, better than the steel type.

The 2 items i bought are for Christmas presents. I love the colours, how light they are and the non slip at the bottom of the bowl and plates
