Great advice. Items delivered promptly.

The staff were helpful advising me on the right product, and on testing it last night it worked very well and was easy to use. I am only giving 4 stars rather than 5 because it did take more than a week to arrive, but apart from that I have no complaints.

Service was okay but slower than some owing to the Bank Holiday. I thought the cost of postage for a 10 sized plastic disc was extortionate. It certainly did not need to be boxed - a padded envelope would have been adequate

emailed for advice replied next day bought sun catcher filter . The only problem I had was the graphic paper did not highlight for cutting 5" diameter, very pleased with the service from Telescope House.

Product was shipped and delivered fairly promptly, but Telescope House did not provide enough information to allow tracking of the order until the carrier communicated directly with me.

Needed a larger Accessory Case that was competitively priced. Kept informed of the orders progress throughout and the case arrived in good order and as described. Hard to fault really.

They gave very helpful advice over the phone, and suggested the ideal products for my particular needs. Ordering was easy and quick. I will definitely shop with them again.

The fact that the binos were in stock and delivered promptly was most gratifying. my only complaint was that DHL left the parcel outside without even ringing the bell.

Great product, fast delivery! Only thing is that I didn't get any dispatch notification so I had no idea if/when my package was coming.
