The staff were helpful advising me on the right product, and on testing it last night it worked very well and was easy to use. I am only giving 4 stars rather than 5 because it did take more than a week to arrive, but apart from that I have no complaints.

Back in 2007 my first venture into astronomy was at Telescope House, I walked in, had a great talk to the guys and spent over 5k. Even ordering over the phone was a pleasure. But since they moved premises it's not the same, infact my recent online purchase wasn't great, waiting to be invoiced to pay by bank transfer, then 2-3 weeks delivery for small accessories? Online shop is poor, not a lot of quality telescopes or choice. If you want to survive in this market you need to do better!
