Siemens replacement parts
The door catch broke on our Siemens front loader washing machine. Whilst investigating the issue, the door fell off its hinges and the glass bowl smashed.
Ordering replacement parts was straightforward on the website, and they were delivered quickly and safely, wrapped in yards of bubble wrap.

Lower basket for Samsung dishwasher
I ordered a new lower basket for my Samsung dishwasher on 22nd April after emailing them about which one to order.
I was struggling to find a replacement as the dishwasher was almost 5 years old and spare parts were almost impossible to find.
Fixpart kindly sent me a link for the product I needed and I placed the order. The item had to be imported and was due to arrive on 12th May. Unfortunately this date was then moved to 28th May but arrived a few days earlier than that.
Although it took almost 5 weeks to arrive, I was so happy to finally receive it and want to say thank you to Fixpart for their help in getting me what I needed.
