Fairly easy to order.Just what was needed. Prompt delivery
Ordered on Wednesday and arrived on Saturday! Would have arrived on Friday but DPD had issues that day. Parts were correct and arrived in perfect condition. Ordered the glass for the door on a washer and this was well packaged. Leaving a review as I read some of the others and they aren’t all good so I thought they deserved some praise.
Part worked fine, massive saving on the £48, was quoted for manufacturers part. Very pleased.

Delivery was not so easy as DPD delivered it to a private house in Shrewsbury instead of the company name which was clearly stated on the package, so had to make calls and chase it up , but this was not Fixparts fault,,
Once i received the part it came well packaged and i fitted it in less than 5 minutes
Hi service good delivery was later than predicted. Part was fitted and worked first time with out fault.
Asked for a receipt of payment but haven't received one yet.

prompt delivery. Oem part but delivery charge made not as cheaper than buying direct from smeg. The oem part number should also be advertised to make easier
Excellent service with promo delivery
I had to replace the top shelf in my under-counter freezer. I didn't want to buy a new freezer and was pleased to find that your company could source the shelf for me. It took a while to get it but I did receive a shelf that fitted perfectly.
