They had the part to fix my oven
I noticed my built-in oven was no longer fixed to the cabinet it's in. The plastic spacers that helps attach it were both broken. I had a hard time finding the correct part to replace them, but FitPart had them. It wasn't cheap - over £20 for two tiny pieces of plastic plus delivery, but at least they were available. Everything is fixed again and I no longer have to worry about my toddler pulling the oven out onto his head.
Part ordered was a fridge door switch and was as described and fitted perfectly within a few minutes. Part supplied was as good as original.
Delivery was as stated and well packaged.
Order tracking was accurate and was delivered within the timed stated.
All in all very good service all round.

I have been fighting with LG (Monitor bought off Amazon) for almost a year to get 2 things for my monitor, power supply and stand....They sent 4 packets of the 2 screws i needed with no stand, Fixpart to the rescue, £30 later - more than i actually intended spending more than i anticipated - is now sorted. Amazon you bunch of idiots how can you sell a monitor with no power supply and stand (nothing mentioned on the page to say it doesnt come with those 2 thiings!)!!!!!!
Delonghi esspresso steam valve
Ordered a part for Delonghi esspresso machine. Pix from different angles were good for identification of correct part which came quickly. Did the job. New lease of life for £15 instead of the tip.
I managed to source the parts i required through you quite easily. I emailed a query to you but did not really get a satisfactory response. Postage is quite expensive for such small parts but overall i would said had a positive experience.
i managed to locate the part i needed from you on your stocklist despite the fact you said you didnt have it i knew what i was lookingfor the part number and the fan oven it was suitable for it arrived monday i contacted my maintainance man paul osbourne and his electrician wayne is fitting it monday 22nd

Speed of delivery, item delivered quicker than expected, item fitted perfectly, I have been looking around for a while but couldn't find machine model for the spare part I finally found it on your website, I will definitely check you out next time I'm in need of a spare part, I would recommend you to others if the occasion arises.
Brilliant service supplied part for refrigerator which I had struggled to get price was good and keep me informed of delivery which they said would be longer than their usual time but I needed the part so was prepared to wait well packaged also

Took longer to clean off the 'flash' from the moulding than to fit.
Unfortunately the parts did not include the screw head covers. The original ones had discoloured so I will have to spray paint the old parts. These parts are integral to the function of the handles and should be included with the new handles.
Hello it was good that you accepted the part back, albeit with a stocking charge, but i understand and accept that.
The slight problem was the delivery time. fortunatly the part was for the tumble dryer so not having the machine avaiable for 3 days was ok, but it the problem was the cooker or oven, i would need the part quicker ie 24hrs as the cooker is used 2 /3 times a day. thanks, regards Brian

Need not replace my microwave
The roller to turn microwave plate broke and ordered part from another online supplier - unfortunately it was too small! Tried many times to find on other sites but part was always sold out.
As a final attempt to avoid buying a new microwave I finally found this site and the correct size part!!!

I looked at various websites for the part I needed, but it was unclear if the part was suitable for my oven as the dedscription was not clear. Then I found FIXPART. As a suggestion for improvement (on a great service) consider adding filters on a product search which identifies the buyer's location as there are too many similar product numbers for different countries.
I assumed that a replacement part would fit the same model regardless of whether it was sold in the UK or in France but I recommend checking before ordering.

I changed the delivery address , since I was travelling to Manchester, to my hotel, I was staying at, and the parcel could have been labelled better, the Hotel name was well marked but my name was much worse marked, but atleast it ended in my hands , the staff at the Hotel was very helpful also, so I give you 5 stars total fór your service.
