Item was perfect, easy to be assured that you hae chosen the right part, received the part within a week. The way they take your address could be reviewed, I live in the UK, when they revealed my postal address, it looked wrong, so I wondered if it would be delivered. I sent them an email to confirm how my address should written, but my query was answered after the item was delivered.
There seems to be no live stock monitoring. Order is taken then information is sent indicating that they have no stock and will be shipped from some other location or supplier.

I was totally bewildered by the huge number of serial numbers for my particular fridge, so put a request to the customer service team with the serial no's and info for my machine. Within 24 hrs I had a reply with a link to the correct part. I ordered it and it was with me within 48hrs. The item was a glass shelf and it was very well packaged to ensure no damage. Very pleased with the outcome.
