Ease of identifying the correct part required.
My HAIER HW100-B1439 washing machine was crippled with an E2 Error condition. The door lock was not being energised when the start button was pressed. I replaced the control board at the rear of the machine after opening up the access panel. This unit has a plastic cover which can be removed once the two screws holding the unit in place are unscrewed.
There is not much slack in the cables so the cable connections take a little patience and precision. Once disconnected, the old board can be removed and the new board connected. The plastic cover folds over and snaps shut. Finally you can use the 2 screws to fix the control Board against the back case.
After replacing the back access panel, the machine was powered on and the door lock (error E2) was gone. Job done!
