We recently bought a new fridge freezer which didn't have a 3rd shelf. I searched the model number and came up with this company. Brilliant service and delivered within 2 days.

Delivery time great from order
Disappointed, paid extra for genuine Beko part for washing machine, but got a generic part, it works ok but paid extra for it! Also, the parcel was sent by DPD, they said we weren’t home so couldn’t deliver first day, even though we were home and they were told to put in garage if we were out, next day they delivered to a house 200 metres from us, if I didn’t have the app I wouldn’t have known, we went to that address 4 time before anyone was home to give parcel, I filled in an online complaint nearly a week ago, but still had no contact from fix part. I certainly won’t be using them again!!!!
Slow delivery
Received the part we needed - but it took over double the quoted delivery time!
Trying to chase it up there was no one to talk to and I never received replies to my 'chat' or emails - which was incredibly disappointing and made it quite stressful.
