My 1st order was lost, waited nearly for a month, then I told them I did not receive it then told me to check the tracking code, which anyone would obviously do, after tell them it is not a matter of not looking at the tracking code they told me they lost the item in transit. Told me that they will refund it, but yet to receive the refund. I ordered the item again and got it.

I couldn’t find the fan/light multi switch for my cooker hood despite lengthy search es online. Then, I tried one last time and saw Fix Part had the exact correct part. I’m delighted. The extractor hood fan and light are back to fully operational.
I tried to cancel the order shortly after I made it, but my message was ignored and the part was despatched shortly afterwards. The customer service and enquiry system is not fit for purpose and relies entirely on meaningless automated responses.
