Customer service unresponsive
Product and delivery all fine, good in fact. However I requested to cancel the order through the portal a full WEEK prior to shipping, no response at all, I then got a shipping notification after a week. So I’ve had to return the items instead, whole thing has cost me £12 through lack of customer service response.
Speedier delivery required
The time taken between order and delivery was c10 days. In a world where lots of products are available within 24/48 hours this feels a very long time.
Also doesn’t help when you send emails for feedback on service several days before you have completed the order!
