Parts great - but customer service not responding to e-mails
The parts are great and the ‘find part that fits’ search perfect for finding a cheaper part than the brand. Prompt posting of part which fits and works well (washing machine seal).however I e-mailed customer service as I ordered twice by mistake and there was no response so 2 parts got posted and I’m still waiting for my refund on one posted back (at my expense).

Bought two items from Fix Part on two separate occasions; the online service was easy to use, the parts for my washer, motor and stator were spot on the both worked perfectly. The stator was also slightly better quality, clearly due to the issues LG had with the splined bit of the part, changed from plastic to metal. All in all, excellent.
