My recent experience is that 3 out of 3 purchases have resulted in the wrong part supplied.
It is great to find a supplier that can furnish spare parts requirements, and really great when they have exactly the right bit. However, my experience with this company is they only have some parts and often it is not obvious at the point of purchase that the piece you have selected is the right part or not. Air fryer replacement part
The replacement part supplied appears to be as per the original and very good quality. Delivery was somewhat slow, arriving 20 days after the order date. However I’m very happy with the service provided.
Straight forward replacement parts
Easy to use website, able to search with appliance model numbers makes the selection easy. The selection is easy and the parts were received within the timescales stated. Great service.
