No customer service number to call if need help. Only email and with email don't get response straight away have to wait a few days Ordered accidently 2 iitems instead of one.and no way to cancel order straightaway. Have large postage costs .. and have to pay return costs. Would have helped if had immediate chat option or a phone number

I was unable to place my order without house number. Your system dosn't let me top process an order without house number. However, the property has no house number where I work at. Therefore, I had to share my home address. I also had to wait for my order for 3 weeks. It doesn't make sense at all.

2 things ordered, (2 x halves of a washing machine door) both allegedly in stock, your 1st delivery was late, still haven’t delivered the 2nd part - 1st item useless without the 2nd no communication - useless customer service - where is my 2nd part. 🤬
