Terrible service

Emailed cancelling order less than 5 minutes after placing the order. You IGNORED email. Sent me the wrong part (doesn't fit the food processor) You accept returns but charge £7.00. I paid £10, which means it leaves me £3.00. You are THIEVES.

Why would you only send 1 item in a huge box that the 2 items I ordered (both the same bottle drawers) would have fitted?! Still waiting for 2nd item to be delivered. We are supposed to be working towards saving the planet!!!
