Ordered ink as urgent, took about two months to arrive. Response to email queries non-existent or unhelpful, always 'too busy'. Request to cancel order also had the response 'too busy to respond'. Absolutely dreadful customer service. Appalling length of time to receive order. Good job we were able to source another cartridge elsewhere. No chance of us placing any future orders.
