Initially I was sent the wrong part & I wasn’t getting responses to my emails. Eventually my emails went to Aino, which I assume is Ai? From there everything went smoothly, when the correct part was located it was ordered & delivered in approx 24hrs, so excellent service. Perhaps emails could be allocated to the correct dept. at the start rather than keep saying to wait 48hrs numerous times & nothing happening. Good ending though.

Quick delivery, just what I ordered and it fits

The shipping of the vacuum tube has been unbelievably slow. Despite the website promising quick delivery ‘within 1 -3 days’, after 8 days the tracking info showed the part had not even arrived in the UK! No delivery date, no more information at all. So, not only is this a premium priced product but the expensive shipping cost simply buys a ridiculously slow and inefficient shipping experience. In addition, a prompt reply from their customer service department gave no further information, just an assurance that the part had been despatched! Well, even if the part ever does arrive, I am refusing the delivery as a matter of principle. So, all in all, an extremely disappointing experience. I should have gone straight to Amazon! (Please note: my score for the quality of the goods is medium as at the time of writing, I hadn’t received it but was obliged to give a score!)

Great service and parts received in good time

The part supplied was as advertised. That bit was good. However, when placing the order, you said "in stock, delivery 1-2 days" It came from France, 4 working days later, and was rattling around in an oversized box, with no packing! I'm amazed it worked! See the attached picture, nothing removed, as received!

The oven fan motor fitted appliance EXCEPT the fan blades were to long compared to old ones and got stuck on housing. Had to bend each blade to get cover on. Also a wiring plan would have helped as the fittings were in a different positions. BUT the price was very good compared to official part.
