Wrong measurement specs

The website stated the piece would be compatible with my oven, and after double checking the specs I ordered it. It took some time to remove the old piece and insert the new one, it was quite fiddly based on how the oven is made and I was finally looking forward to using my oven again. I went to replace the fan and heat element cover on the inside of the oven but unfortunately the product was not so suitable after all. The product fitted in fine to exept it had a fault in how it was made. There were two pieces attached to it that were measured incorrectly and I wasn’t able to replace the cover due to this. Customer support told me to send pictures of the model number, although I would assume all the information would be present on my order receipt..? Meaning I would have to waste my time uninstalling it then having to wait until I received the proper product to reinstall it again. I was hoping to not have to go back and forth and just sort it in one go and feel like I have wasted my time and money.

plenty of stock items and delivery was as stated. Thought i was ordering from a uk website and uk stock didnt realise items were coming from europe, i could have probably got items from another supplier in the uk quicker had i known.
