Part delivered efficiently. But defective. I reported this and sent pictures. I was then contacted to send pictures? I already had! I have since had an email to say its being investigated and sorry for delay . I have now been asked about the experience? I like it resolved quickly please.

Really poor service, I receive my first order. The order was broken. They sent me another one out when I asked if I could just have a refund that doesn’t seem to be any communication between the customer and the customer services. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here I’ve emailed since saying can I send the part back for a full refund and I’ve not heard anything the only reason why I got the second part was because I told them I was going to go to trading standards because they were ignoring me not happy

Bogus costumer service claims

Their part did not fit, I wanted to return it for the right part and the reply was 'due to busy times at our customer service, answering your question unfortunately takes longer than you may expect'. After waiting for approx 2-3 weeks, I tried the retotn form again and it now says the part can't be returned. Total contradiction to their cuxtomer service claims. Suspected it when their reply email had a 'Request no longer relevant link'.
