Transaction was very straight forward and the delivery was excellent.
Genuine parts and fair pricing. Shipment was fast but Dpd made it complicated.. Bought 2 parts, came with 2 separated boxes.(one was glass which is good) Driver left one box to the wrong address and the other one to the post office.. Luckily neighbour brought the box. So happy ending after all

Website said in stock, after ordering told out of stock. Took weeks to arrive. Communication from carriers was rubbish to nonexistent. Received an email from the final deliver's thay had received it, delivered two hours later. For the cost of delivery, it's just not acceptable!

Diagnosed why my Bosch washing machine was slowly letting water into the drum overnight. Needed a new inlet valve. Ordered fro Fixpart. Arrived very quickly. YouTube video described the replace ment procedure. Turned out to be very easy. Job done. No further inlet leaks.

Unfortunately the business has let me down. I ordered a part which their site was compatible with my dishwasher model. The delivery was okay, but when I went to install the part there is a big difference in the shape of the reverse. Something that is not seen until the installation. I sent a support request and 5 days later I still haven’t had a response. I have now ordered from another place where the part is 20% of the cost of this company and it’s verified as the correct part. It’s a shame as I was expecting better from a company of this size. No I can’t recommend.
