Company currently having issues. Best avoided
Ordered two products. Both were “in stock” and “1 day delivery”. Was notified only one item would be delivered. Was offered no further update on the other item. I decided to submit a query to the online claims form. Silence for two days and then an email saying they were really busy and couldn’t reply. So something is going on with this company and I think they’re best avoided until they sort out whatever issues they’re having. Or, like me, they might take your money and offer no information on where your item is or when you might get it. Certainly not “1 day delivery”!

The delivery experience was appalling. Delivery was between 8-9am on Tuesday. Two of us were on the premises waiting and nobody came. We received an email about 8.20am telling us that the parcel couldn't be delivered as there was nobody in. Try ringing the doorbell. We finally got the item from a local shop on Thursday. I would never recommend you to friends
