The part ordered has no updates , it was stated the shipment would tale 8 to 10 days. But now it says 1st week of February. I was expecting it to be early so I could mount the tv .

New washing machine part failed and they won’t refund or replace?
Sent out a washing machine part that should last 10 years and yet it failed in less than one month? They now won’t replace the part and just ask stupid questions over and over again like wanting a video of a static broken part not working? Very poor customer service and this makes me think that the parts are cheap counterfeit copies not long lasting usable parts. Very disappointing and frustrating that’s they won’t honour a warranty or refund or replace under trade description rules. Do not use would be my experience so far.
I should not have had to chase the company to find out where my order was having ordered it on 26th June and advised of a three day delivery. Eventual delivery was 14th July. I would have expected the company to advise me of the delay and kept me updated.
The part was as advertised, however it did take a while to be delivered.

Part incorrectly advertised?
I ordered a part advertised on the website as a direct replacement for the one in my model number which had failed, but when received, it was not. In spite of email exchanges, photos and questions to FixPart, I have yet to receive an explanation, although I did receive an "apology" for the delay.
