Nonsensical response to query.
Item arrived without replacement springs. Advised Fixpart by email and got the most ridiculous response. To add further annoyance the rubber had a blind connection (it shouldn't) and in trying to remedy that it split.

Wanted parts for my Gaggenau Coffee Machine. They said in stock delivery time 1 to 3 days for two items, it wasn’t the first two items took a week to dispatch and the third, well they said said 2 to 4 working days to dispatch, so far it’s been 7 working days and they still haven’t dispatched it yet. Just disappointing.
