This was my first order with Fixpart. I used them because their website gave clear and accurate information, e.g. the dimensions of the spare part, and the price was competitive. I placed the order late on Thursday afternoon for a 3-day delivery and was impressed to receive the parcel on Saturday morning. The cooker-hood filter was as ordered and fitted perfectly.

I needed a new top lid for my Panasonic bread maker as the old one was getting very scratched. I looked online but it was clearly one of the more difficult spares to source. I was relieved to see that the part was available on this site at a reasonable price. I would normally pay for online orders by PayPal but disappointingly I noticed that there was an additional charge for PayPal payments so I paid by credit card. I was kept informed of how my order was progressing and my order arrived 3-4 days later which I was very impressed with. Note that the company uses DPD who IMHO are one of the better couriers. All in all a very positive online shopping experiences.

Na waszej stronie obiecane było ,że jak wyślę numer piekarnika to potwierdzicie czy ta część napewno pasuje.Potwierdziliście ,że zapytanie było kompletne,ale nie doczekałem się odpowiedzi.Część ktoʻrą dostałem pasowała i dał bym wam 5 gwiazdek ,gdyby nie wpadka z potwierdzeniem ,że ra część pasuje do mojego piekarnika.
Inlet valve order
Ordered 3 way inlet valve for my washing machine. Could put in my serial number to prove that it would work and arrived the next day.
Big help from finding model number of missing part and they are the only company replied and helped me out. Get replacement eventho official part can not be ordered
