Sennheiser Jack leads

I ordered two headphone leads that were advertised to fit my Sennheiser HD485 headphones . When they arrived they , I tried them both and they did not fit the headphones . The rubber surround around the jack was too thick to actually go in the recess far enough to engage the jack. I ordered two so I would have a spare, Ive now had to trim the surround with a knife to get one to work. Very thin cable also, nowhere near the sennheiser standard but they will do for now. Not at all impressed.

Been trying to return an ice box which doesn’t fit. I still have it only way to contact is by email it’s no good if they don’t reply for days and still don’t give you the information to return product cost well over £100.00 and it no good to my. Maybe after submitting this I may get the information to return.

Disappointing service and website inventory

I ordered the heating element replacement - SS992900 and was given a confirmation. Fix Part then informed me that this part is NO LONGER available and refunded me the difference. The issue is i wouldn't have gone ahead and order the other parts if i had known it is not available as the repair cannot be completed as a result of the unavailability. I have wasted my money on the other component. This is so disappointing.
