The part was good.
Communication from the site terrible.
My order was supposed to take 7-9 days. After no email during the 2 weeks of waiting I was worried as I had paid £180.
Contacted them through their site twice but got 2 replies saying we haven’t got round to looking at your concern. Pointless.
It arrived after 2 weeks then after an email came saying it had been delivered!

Prompt delivery, fragile item securely packaged. I ordered the wrong item. customer service provided a prompt response. Instructions for returning the item were clear, and a label was provided. The cost of transport was deducted from the amount paid. I purchased the correct item on a Friday delivery was the next day.
Great Company
Broke our Microwave turntable Sunday before Christmas. Panic no way of getting deivery b efore then. But, low and behold Wednesay 24th December a knock at the door and all the way from the Netherlands my replaement turntable arrives. That's service

Really good except for a baffling response from Customer Services.
Everything was really good except a problem with the Customer service team. The part for my Fridge Freezer had a dozen or more sub-variants. On enquiring, Customer Services emailed me saying the part was no liger stocked and that I should contact the manufacturer.
The part was still showing as being in stock so I ordered it. The part arrived THE NEXT DAY! It fitted perfectly and I am very happy

On March 5, I ordered two replacement parts that according to the website were in stock. I received an email on the same day stating that: In stock - Delivery time 2 to 4 working days. On March 11, in response to my enquiry about the items, I received the following email: As the product that you ordered was not in stock, we had to order it from an external supplier. Unfortunately, the supplier has just informed us that there has been a delay in dispatching the product. The expected delivery date for your order is 12/03/2026. I enquired again as nothing was not delivered and received the following email on March 13: As the product that you ordered was not in stock, we had to order it from an external supplier. Unfortunately, the supplier has just informed us that there has been a delay in dispatching the product. After inquiring again, on March 16 I was informed: We have contacted the supplier to initiate an investigation and will be back in touch as quickly as possible. On March 17 I was informed that: Your order is expected to be shipped 3-5 days. On inquiry I was told I would receive a tracking number soon. At this point I doubt that I will even receive the parts I ordered. This company seems to only have excuses for non-delivery of parts they claim to have in stock. I am very disappointed.
It's a great site where I could find the parts which I couldn't find anywhere else. It's a bit expensive but at least you can get what you need. Thanks 👍
