I ordered a bottom shelf door for mums fridge, always a Bottom door shelf is taller for milk cartains ect, it came the same size as all the rest.this has happened twice. Mum doesn't want me to make a fuss and send it back . Delivery was quick though

Thermostat for my fridge…
I ordered a thermostat for my fridge freezer and received it the next day which was excellent but on fitting it I managed to snap the phial and had to order a second part ( that part came from France and took longer to arrive) I assume you only keep minimal stock in the UK and this caused the delay. So had I not broken the first part you got 5 stars and I got 1 star !!

Whilst the part was perfect, The part was sent to the wrong address (the address label missed a digit, so the courier delivered it to the wrong address 7 instead of 37), the video on the parts website was for a different manufacturer, but a quick Google showed us how to fit the part. The website appeared to be a UK site but in reality its a Dutch company. Apart from that all is good and the icebox door has been replaced!
Found the part we needed easily, especially as the freezer is 20 years old.

Every easy, ordered my part just after Xmas and it was here with days just like they said it would be. The part was nice and easy to find on there website just had to input the products serial number in and then find the part.
