Serious lack of customer service and refund request is being ignored
I have tried on three occasions to get a response to a straight forward request for a refund of the cost of the item that is not fit for purpose and instructions on how to return this back. I have not received a response and I'm completely dissatisfied by this as this breaks the Sales of Goods Act under UK law. This is not the service I expect and there's no telephone number to call to follow this up. I need a response to the above as soon as possible.

Paying for item worked, but as yet have not received goods. In fairness a 5 to 6 week lead time was quoted.
If the item arrives within the quoted lead time and is correct and in good condition I would gladly upgrade to 5 stars.
Quick delivery, the part fits like a glove, the small seals are not included.
