I sent photos of the faulty extractor fan motor and the part arrived quickly. Being able to repair instead of replacing the extractor fan saved time and money, plus the hood went back up with no need for any decorating.

Excellent quality replacement Whirlpool door seal
Once I found where the model number of my washing machine was hidden, it was a breeze to find the right door seal. Excellent quality replacement seal arrived a couple of days later and fitted perfectly. Fitting the retaining ring to the drum itself was fiddly, but that’s no fault of the new seal. Great to have leak free washes again!

Excellent part easy repaired to dishwasher would have been 5stars but the 1-3 day delivery turned to 10 days !? Longer than I wanted to be without my dishwasher but all said and done, would use again, thank you.

Ordered the part we needed from here after a disastrous experience with another company. we came across this company and thought it was worth a try so we found the part for our dryer ordered and paid for standard 3 day delivery. The part came the next day which was amazing considering we didn’t expect it so soon and it fitted perfectly and saved us having to buy a new dryer. Can’t recommend this company enough. We had an awful experience with a well known screw company who sent the wrong part and said it was our error. We put the same code in with this amazing company and the part arrived next day and fitted perfectly. There free 30 day after care is a bonus and they follow up with you to make sure everything is ok. If you need a part to fix an appliance this is the place you need to order from. It restored our dryer to new condition again and restored our faith in online ordering I really can’t recommend enough we have saved the company details incase we need to order in the future for any of our appliances as this was a totally hassle free experience and the best online company we could have come across wish I’d looked sooner and saved ourselves the stress with the awful other company. Good for sourcing hard-to-find original part
Bought original Smeg part out of stock elsewhere so very pleased to find this. Exactly fit. The part was an oven shelf. The oven only came with one and we wanted another. Postage was a little expensive. Although sent by Royal Mail's 24 hour service it took longer to arrive.
It was easy to find the right part and clear pictures to check. Liked the promise of next day delivery as desperate to fix tumble dryer but let down by Royal Mail as arrived 2 days later.
