Very happy with the parts I ordered
The parts - dampers - I ordered were delivered within a couple of days. I fitted them in a Miele W3204 washing machine in 2 hours today, with a reasonable level of DIY skill. The machine is now working properly, with no worrying crashing and banging during the spin cycle.

The part eventually arrived . But the customer service is horrific . And the despatch dates are a total lie. I wouldn’t have anything to do with the company again. If the customer service experience was improved it would change my review but the set up and response to enquiries makes everything seem like a scam . Can’t fault the item that was delivered though. Such a shame about the rest of the experience .

Snail Pace
took along time to respond to complaints and problems. Had to return part as although it was the one recommended by the site did not fit had to pay postage and then reorder another whiich they said was correct and pay postage once more and still took 2 weeks to arrive.
