Paid for next day delivery - never arrived - no response from email
Paid for next day delivery, part never arrived. Customer service didn’t respond to any emails, this seems to be a common theme in these reviews.
However when I asked for a chargeback from my bank they seemed all to happy to reply to them and dispute it…

Very disappointing experience with FixPart
I ordered several parts that were all listed as “in stock” with next-day delivery. A few days later, only two parts arrived. The third part suddenly showed a new delivery date several weeks away, despite being advertised as available at the time of purchase.
What made things worse is that there is no phone number to contact—only an online chat, which is slow and unhelpful. I felt misled by the stock information and frustrated by the lack of proper customer support.
I’ve requested a refund for the undelivered item and hope the company improves its transparency and communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend FixPart.

Product was all good - exactly what I ordered / delivery wasn’t 4 days though / it came fro Italy so took over a week - not fussed though - price was fine and item was picture perfect
The part was well described, i knew i was getting the part i wanted! And arrived quickly
Where is my refund!
Very poor customer service, or should I say lack of. Quick to take your money but when there is an issue, good luck. No phone number, only 4+ days for an email reply.
My order wasnt delivered. Royal mail said it was adressed incorrectly depite the address on the order being perfect.
Placed an order elsewhere and got it the next day. They wanted me to let them know when the item is showing as returned, guess what, its stuck in Cardiff now.
Safe to say I will not be using these ever again!
Cost of postage
The part was fine and it was delivered quickly. Though I thought that the delivery charge was far too expensive. It cost over £6 to have the driver belt off a washing machine delivered. Must make more off the postage than the items they sell.
Able to identify part accurately from website info. Order was placed without issue. Delivery wasn't quite as expected but part arrived anyway and was fitted the same day. Oven restored to work ok.
