I needed a PCB for our Smeg fridge-freezer. I identified the PCB required from the photo on Fixpart website, which appeared identical in every component. However, the list of Smeg models that were compatible was quite short, and did not include our model number. I emailed Fixpart twice to enquire regarding compatibility but after 4 days they did not reply. I therefore, in desperation, ordered the part. I fitted it but it has not worked. They state it is non-returnable. I would not recommend this company as they appear to not respond to queries and you may waste your money even when a part looks compatible
