Broken Item & No Response
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a fridge shelf and when it arrived, it was already broken. I emailed the company the same day to report the issue, and it has now been 4–5 days with no response at all.
This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I am left with a damaged product and no support or resolution.
Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless they improve their customer service.
