Appalling Customer Services

Items sent out quickly but their customer services are atrocious, I purchased a capacitor for our dryer but it did not resolve our issue, we then bought the full motor from them which included a capacitor so we sent the first one back. We sent it back in it's original packaging with photo proof of delivery over 4 weeks ago and have still not heard anything back from them. I have messaged them twice on their customer services page and emailed 10 days ago and still no response or refund.

Expensive!

Ordered small part, paid £18.94, then received email requesting further payment of £6.65 for a tiny part to hold shelf of combination oven! The price on order should be the price paid. Not professional!

Product is poor, replacement handle for a Bosch fridge ordered. Handle is ok, but no fixings or screw cap. Screw cap from the original handle doesn’t fit this replacement, it looks awful.
