Confusing, Expensive but Delivered.

I needed to replace the plastic mounting strips that locate the drawers onto the glass shelf in my Liebherr Freezer as they were broken. I HAD TO GUESS WHICH ITEM TO ORDER BECAUSE THEY WERE DESCRIBED DIFFERENTLY AND LOOKED VERY DIFFERENT IN THE PHOTOGRAPHS.These were the descriptions. 1x Liebherr 909723800 strip - bracket left f. glass plate 1x Liebherr 909724000 decorative frame profile - retaining bar right f.glass top I only ordered them from you because you emphasised your free returns policy. Actually I was lucky and they were the correct parts, but luck should not be a factor in a purchase like this! I was also quite annoyed at the price you charged - £102.03 for two small plastic parts and you shipped them from France with a Customs Value of €0.02. Is this a dishonest customs declaration or is it an admission that I was seriously overcharged? Anyway I only ordered from you because I could not find these bits in stock anywhere else. I will never ever be a loyal customer and will only deal with you again if you are the only option. One good thing you did was send the ordered goods to the correct address in a reasonable time ( 6 days ) so that's why you get 2 stars.

Too slow to respond to emails

The purchase came quickly - but the customer service online was just too slow to respond - sometimes taking a week to answer an email! It took almost a month to get a returns label in the end
