Absolutely perfect fit for my Samsung washing machine and less than half the price of others. Went on really easy once I figured out how I took the old one off 🤣 this was my fault and not the products. Pay attention when removing your old seal. Top quality product

I had an entirely positive first experience of FixPart, despite ordering an incorrect item which was just too big for what I needed. They quickly cancelled a second order and accepted the return of the first one without any issues, with clear instructions and in a timely manner. I ended up paying the postage only which is fair enough and the money was refunded quickly and without fuss. As a result I would be entirely confident to use them again in the future. I am also very heartened that it has become easier to get spare parts which means that you don't need to dispose of otherwise workable equipment. Many thanks indeed!
PS. One small issue, the DPD delivery driver brought the parcel to the wrong place but I was able to recognise it from the photo and retrieve it. Not a criticism of FixPart.
Excellent service
I have a Bosch fridge/freezer and the salad drawer front was cracked. I was under the impression I would have to buy a complete drawer but found that just the front of the drawer was available on your website. The site even told me where to find the fridge model number! I found the website easy to navigate and was absolutely amazed when I re received my order within 24 hours. It's refreshing these days to receive such great service so thank you. I am a very satisfied customer.
First time I used Fixpart and service has been flawless. Ordered early in day and they shipped same day and delivered next day. Part I ordered was not OEM so I was nervous about fit and quality but no need as fitted and quality is good.

Microwave bulb spade terminal size
The microwave bulb supplied was not exactly the same as the original. The spade connectors on the new bulb required the larger spade terminal size (6.3mm). It would have been nice to have this level of detail before ordering.
Delivery was quick but relatively expensive. Packaging was adequate.
Product Perfect However your chosen delivery partner has let you down (DPD)
I am only giving you a 4 instead of a perfect 5 purely because of your delivery supplier DPD - I find them the worst for customer satisfaction - firstly they send you a ONE hour delivery slot that clearly says this cannot be changed; then even though there were clear stickers on my door (deliveries RING THE DOORBELL and DO NOT KNOCK) The driver banged my door and when I rang to complain DPD said they cannot put a firm message on my deliveries. My Cats were petrified for a period of 40 minutes

Part arrived very quickly but was damaged. Fixpart responded quickly and sent a replacement item which also arrived quickly. Excellent communication and customer service throughout my dealings with Fixpart. Will use again

Found a spare part at a much better price, but dispatched from Italy and delivery time is too long having to go through customs. 'Lets rejoin EU again'
