Initially the wrong part was supplied. The returns process was complicated and there was a significant delay in sending the correct freezer drawer.
Genuine part delivered at competitive price. No problems at all. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Fixpart again.
Rubbish customer service
I ordered 2 parts for my dishwasher. One was delivered and the other was not. Been told I have to await the outcome of an investigation with their supplier. Really poor customer service. Will not be using again. Have requested a refund but now not replying to my emails.
improve your communication with your customers, I had sent you 4 email to cancel my order, but no one responded.
The website was easy to navigate. I had difficulty finding the parts I wanted as I had no part number and the descriptions, whilst probably great for an engineer, didn’t help me as a member of the public.
It was easy to place the order and pay, the addition of Apple Pay would have helped me, I don’t like pay pal.
Delivery was quick and stress free.
Part came quick but unfortunately it was not the right part for the machine, or in the description
