Beware if you do not have a house 'Number'
I ordered a very small plastic part that i needed to fix my Bosch oven. The online order form insists on a 'House Number' which I do not have. It took Fixpart nearly 2 months to finally deliver the part to my neighbor down the road who does have a house number. Customer services insisted that I have a house number ! Also, CS only ever seem to reply on a Friday so most of the delay was waiting for replies instead of having quick responses. Not much use to a trade person that has to wait for parts and has to explain to a customer why they are without an oven for 2 months :-(
Speedy service…. especially as we noticed that it was sourced from France. Equally noticeable were the ( x 5 ) sheets included probably in case they were needed to smooth the way of this small part through customs. Brexit idolisers please note !!!

there's nothing more you could've done. The party was supplied was the correct point after getting it earlier from your competitor which was the wrong part. I rate a 10 out of 10.
