+ points. Really fast delivery. Good prices and the washing machine tub I ordered came with new bolts and new seal 👍 - point would’ve been good to know the washing machine drum spider I ordered did not come with the fitting kit to bolt it to my drum !! But to be fair it did not say it did 🤔 would definitely use again!!

The reason for the low assessment is because in October I asked a question regarding the length of a shaft on a oven fan motor. Believe it or not, here we are nearly 2 weeks into November, and I am still awaiting a reply.

Product took a week to arrive and once it arrived although it was the correct part it did not contain any screws so have not been able to be fitted which in turn ended up making the cooker being condemned by the gas safety team due to it being able to close the cooker door and due to me being disabled I had booked an engineer to come and install but could not do the job so now been without a cooker for over three weeks now. Looked back on the comments and I am not the only customer to have this problem but guess my own fault for not reading every review as it’s the last thing you think todo. Also shipping was same price roughly as the part so have to wait until next month now to re order as no one had responded to my emails of complaint I have literally just been ignored completely
Terrible service overall
The service is terrible overall. I placed an order and paid via Google pay. It showed in my bank account as pending and contacted customer service. I am still yet to have a reply. I hastily reordered only to realise that the part is a superceded part and wont fit. I used PayPal and the order went through. I ordered the correct part and foolishly hoped to get the wrong part cancelled but no, despite a message and return request the part his been thrown on a plane from italy.my only hope is to stop FedEx or DPD delivering it to save the headache of posting back. it's safe to say that customer service is appalling. As a side note the correct item did arrive quickly but it's overshadowed by their poor customer service throughout.
