Not a Happy Bunny.
I ordered a pack of two hydaulic/pneumatic dampers for my machine. Your replacement turned out to be one practically usless friction damper. I'm a little dissapointed with this particulat transaction. There was supposed to be a return of the difference in price of the two very different items, that still hasn't happened. I'd prefer to just return this one for a proper refund.

DO NOT BELIEVE DELIVERY TIMES. DO NOT EXPECT COMMUNICATION
I ordered on 29/1/26 and was told 3-5 days delivery. That was quicker than alternative providers so I went for it. The part still hasn't been despatched. I sent an email after 5 working days requesting an update and have had a generic response telling me that Fix Part would be in touch shortly, and then 2 days later another one saying they're really busy and will update me when they can. In the meantime I'm getting daily emails asking me to provide a review! I ignored the first two - but third time lucky I've written this. Maybe someone will get in touch to tell me where my part is - or if my money has been taken with nothing being supplied? Really really disappointed.
