My new go-to for genuine spares

Having ordered supposedly 'genuine: spares from the world's largest online retailer, which turned out to be not quite the right size, I ordered (real) genuine spares from fixpart. They arrived next day and fitted perfectly. Lesson learned!

Very disappointing

Order number 202606867398 was placed and confirmation received on 8th March. By 19th March I had not received the goods or any despatch notification so I contacted Customer Service. As I had not received any response within 24 hours I checked the website again and it says they may take upto 14 days to respond. This is clearly not good enough. Who knows if I will receive the goods?
