They promptly responded to me with a link to the part which I purchased and it arrived a couple of days later. I could not ask for me. Good website to navigate. This was the first time I have used Fixpart. I found the site easy to use and select the washing machine door part I needed. I had searched other suppliers but Fixpart was the only one that had clear diagrams so I was confident I had the correct item. It was delivered 2 days later and was identical to the broken part so easy to fit and successfully complete the repair. Very satisfied with the service provided by Fixpart.
Dissapointed with delivery time. Ordered early Monday with same date dispatch. What it didn’t say was dispatch was from France. It didn’t arrive in the uk for 3 days and eventually arrived on the Thursday. Quoted 1-3 days but not quite. All said the parts were correct and job now done.

Was worried about the reviews with parts not fitting BUT they were fine
I saw a few reviews on the page itself about items not fitting (tumble dryer water drum) so was worried, but took the plunge and the item was perfect. Infact it was actually slightly better than the original, so I'm very happy.
why not to use Fix Part
provide the item specified not some random part because the required part was not available not make returns almost impossible at reasonable cost as item was delivered from Italy with a return address that not recognised by online postal services and without contact email address and telephone numbers required by postal services . The unobtainable item has been provided by a competitor delivered within 72 hours .I assume your method of keeping your return costs to a minimum is to make the process so slow complex and expensive that it times out under your T & Cs
Unimpressed
I was very unhappy that l was not kept up to date with delays in delivery as l had to contact the company for updates. The contact service is also very slow. I was finally advised that it was with the courier and given tracking details. Each time l checked on the link said they were waiting for the package. Then suddenly it just turned up on my open doorstep DESPITE the fact that l had made it clear in the order that it was to handed to me and not left on the doorstep, Also, l was in and only knew it was there when l received a text saying later!!
Part arrived really quick which was pleasing. Good standard in quality. I had previously cut my wave guard cover to mimic the previous one but it wasnt right. The microwave sparked a few times. This replacement has solved any issues and is working well. Bit pricey but at least my microwave is safe
